Tiengarden is a vegan option in a vegan starved zone in the lower east side of New York City. It is a well loved local restaurant that in past years has added the NYC must-do for restaurants of all kinds -- delivery. New York has got to be the most delivery-conscious city on the face of the earth.

Many out of town visitors who follow a vegan lifestyle are interested in discovering choices for vegan dining in Manhattan. Tiengarden will not disappoint. The atmosphere may not be much, but the food is very good vegan.

Sample Review: Everyone delivers, from the dry cleaner to the dog walkers. This restaurant is 100% vegan and by all local accounts, one of the very few healthy food alternatives in the late-night loving lower east side. Here is the take from a local regular and lover!The sticky rice wrapped in lotus leaves is classic comfort food; I always get this. With most dishes, they offer mixed rice!

Skipping 2011 for a variety of reasons, the renowned festival of all-things-pickle wll re-emerge from its short hiatus on April 29, 2012, a Sunday.
