The original location, there are now two, is at 99 Allen Street, in the lower east side of Manhattan in New York City. It's on the westernmost edge of the lower east side and the most eastern edge of NYC's Chinatown. The fried dumpling is common food in China's Shandong Province. The owners of Fried Dumpling know that if you can serve these delicious little puffs of Chinese magic up fast, good and cheap all night long, it will be a success. |
