guss pickle advertisement September 2009 - There is a pickle war in New York. On one side is Guss Pickles and on the other side is Guss Pickles. Both businesses operate under the same name. Both claim ownership of the name. One is located on Long Island, one was located on the lower east side since 1920. The one that stayed in Manhattan moved to Brooklyn in 2009. The one on Long Island launched the print ad campaign you see to the left in September 2009. What do you think?

August 2010 -- Do you know who this lovely naked lady is? Why of course you do! She has the number one pop music hit of the summer with, "California Girls" (featuring Snoop Dogg). Well if Ms Katy Perry doesn't melt your popsicle yet, wait until you see the album cover for her new album!

Her new album is titled, "Teenage Dream". The album cover artist is Mr Will Cotton, a lower east side artist whose work Ms Perry greatly admires.
