Sachiko's on Clinton is an unassuming Japanese restaurant. They offer an ambitious sushi menu that many diners say is so refreshingly straightforward and clear that it is their favorite Japanese restaurant in the entire city. Some of the choices on thier menu are: Shrimp and Squid Spring Rolls with wasabi mayonaise, Salmon and Jalapeno rolls, Scallop kushiage, Salmon and Cheese (yes, cheese) Kushiage. They feature an extensive sake list.
