The Sweet Life, candy store

The Sweet Life is smaller in size than the more well known Economy Candy on Rivington Street. Great selection and a really nice atmosphere. You can visit here and shop at your leisure. Sweet Life is much more relaxed and free of tourists than Economy.

Family owned and operated, the Sweet Life on the lower east side of Manhattan is a very sweet spot in the neighborhood, indeed. The Sweet Life is an old school candy store that carries fruit and nuts, gourmet chocolates, coffees, teas in addition to candy. Gift baskets can be created and shipped all over the world. The store claims their motto is "anything can be dipped in chocolate". And they mean it!
