sunshine theater   October 2009 - Did you know there is a independent theater nearby the lower-east-side of Manhattan called, "Landmark's Sunshine Cinema". Year in and year out, this theater features indie films, classic and new. How about a visit to the snack bar, where you can choose from vegan sweets or eight different popcorn seasonings. You can take your specially seasoned popcorn out into their Japanese rock garden to eat it in a relaxing environment or up into the surprisingly roomy stadium seating.
